The bar graph represents the involvement of the male employees in senior development post in the three tech organizations from 1980 and 2010. Overall, the bar chart displays that the Apple company is surging development initially and then remain below, while the IBM is showing steady rise at the end of the period. Initially, in the 1980 the Apple has the highest employees in the senior post, while The IBM has the lowest male employees and this continues for five years where there is a slow rise in the Microsoft company. However, in the 1980 all the tech companies remain constant for five years holding the same number of the main staff in the senior development position. On other hand, the developments in the IBM inclined having 25 senior male staff in 1995, while other tech firms remain lower and these phenomenal continues till 2000, where there is a steady rise in the male staff of the IBM firm. There is a huge effort from all three tech companies at 2010 from which the IBM is dominated by 60 male senior development staff and 25 employees in the Apple although, the Microsoft still remain higher than the Apple in the employees at senior development post.
