In this technological era, means of communication had increased like social media platform etc but also effecting our social and communication skills negatively. In this essay we will discuss about the problems and solutions. To commence with, people nowadays using social media and other means to communicate not only affecting social life but ethical behaviour of an individual. To explain it, most of the population are using technology for socialisation and communication but the actual feeling of socialise is missing. There are various relationships which being affected by use of technology. For example, a survey by Delhi university shows that in India 60 to 70 percent of people are communicating through technological mediums. As a result, anti-socialization is taking part which increases less of concern and humanity. Now for second problem, due to lack of actual communication people are misunderstood and gaps between generations are building. To illustrate this, old generation people are more well connected because sometime people problems can be seen on face or in real time. Individuals are becoming more superficial, lack of feelings are uprising and forgetting moral ethics. This kind of problems can be overcome by, making awareness in schools and by teaching them technical communication and its importance. Parents plays a vital role in every child life they need to educate their child in early stage and grandparents can also play a big role in it. Parents should be active in outgoings with their child in parks and teach lesson on communication. Government can also help in this problem by making rules on usage of technology. In conclusion, technology is essential part of 21 st century but depends how it is used. Social clubs and other activities should be introduced.
