Teamwork is one of the most important factors and a necessary skill for success.   However, teamwork is not always effective.   In this essay, the author will give two main reasons for ineffective teamwork. First of all, the irresponsibility of some team members will lead to inefficiencies in the group.   For example, when receiving a certain task, the leader will assign a specific task to each member and they will try to complete it well, but there are still some members who do not want to do anything or is to do it superficially, which leads to affecting the quality or progress of the work. Therefore, the responsibility of each member is important to success in teamwork. Another reason why group work doesn't work is that team members don't agree.   For example, When someone in the team gives an opinion, but the other person repeatedly rejects that opinion and only thinks that the personal opinion is correct, it leads to disagreeing and sometimes losing the feeling of the whole team. Therefore, the integration of each individual's opinion in the group is important for success in teamwork. In conclusion, teamwork is one of the weak theoretical skills leading to success.   To be effective in the group, each member needs to be responsible and in harmony within the group.
