Commencing to the first notion women should be given equal chances to work and grow their careers. First of all, women are more intelligent as compare to men and they also very good in study as well as it is easy for women to take any job with their good education and when women will take any political position then they get decision for country's growth and protection of ladies.
Moreover, government should be take decisions for free and good education for girls because of this, girls can get success in their careers because when they get success in their further life it good for country's growth and they solve problems with their mind, so women should be given more chances to work.
