Certain people believe that the selection of a job should be based on income. Since they think money can give all comfort for the employees. I partially agree to this opinion however money is not only the significant thing for a professional.
Higher degree of pay from an organisation will definitely help a person to achieve his needs and fulfil his dreams. Therefore selecting a job according to the salary is important for many people. As a result plenty of people resign from a better job by only complaining about the salary and join in other organisations according to the higher pay provided by them. It gives them more satisfaction on the basis of salary, according to their expertise in the field. For instance, many information technology professionals quit their job and re-joins in well established firms after gaining experience from start-up companies. Thus, more people in the society are interested to choose job according to the pay.
On the other hand, salary is not an important thing for everyone, even though the salary is less some people are interested to work in jobs which provide more employee satisfaction and comfortable atmosphere to work. They do not want a higher pay compared to others, since they know the salary will be gradually increased according to their performance and expertise in the field of their job.
