Some people think that construct new building are preferable due to it is looks very modern and following current development. However, Some people think that old building no need to replace with modern ones due to the old building can be historic building to the city. On the one hand, some people think preferable to new building, they think that the new building can be shown that the city is modern and looks so fresh with the new concept even nowadays a lot number of people build a new building for business needs.
