Some people liked to judge a person by how they dressed themselves in public place, and most of employees like to look good when they work and turn out it give them a positive feedback, but we can’t grades that all employees dress nicely because people have their way to valued a thing right, it more important to value by the quality of how they work and the attitude instead judging the appearance. Now how if you become the judges, example, if you saw a person who used a plain t-shirt and short pants attend your wedding ceremony, how will you react? you already invited him and it’s already written what the dress code is. All of the guest staring at him and it give one bad first impression. “Oh really? you are going to give him a bad impression just because what his used? people have a right to used what they want. . ” but not in this occasion. For me, if I saw a person dressed like that I would love to talk to him and asked him to leaved without any doubt. It’s not appropriate to dress “different” in a formal event that already had a dress code, it will be the same if we compared this story to the organisation that pro to employee should dress nice and it give a good impression beside the quality of they work, how the attitude of the bad dresser already said, they can’t try to fit the dress by what event they attend to and it really disrespect. However, some work must be have a rules, if the rules allowed the employee to dress whatever they want it fine unless it prohibited and they have to used a formal look.
