Many people believe that entrepreneurs should create a workplace, which is healthy and supportive for workers, and it recognizes them for their efforts equally. While on the other hand, many people favor the excellent amenities and tools support at offices. I firmly agree with the former viewpoint as it will keep the workplace productive and encourage the employees for better performance. To begin with, creating a human-friendly and joyful work atmosphere will boost work efficiency. Moreover, working in such an environment makes employees feel motivated and productive; they will neither leave the company nor take a leave from work. Hence, it will help in increasing overall organizational growth. For instance, Google headquarters started building the workstations with many other amenities such as Gamezones and relaxation cabins to create a healthy work environment. Furthermore, employees should also receive equality and appreciation for their efforts in the company's goals achievements. Such a work environment will motivate them to achieve their endeavors. In other words, when people get recognition for their accomplishments, they tend to reach greater heights, which in turn leads to the organization's success and growth of the individuals. For example, nowadays, various companies organize different levels of the awards system throughout the year to motivate the employees to excel in their achievements and work hard. To conclude, I strongly believe that rather than investing in fancy equipment and the latest system, an employer should focus on building a workplace that respects and values its employees to keep them satisfied and reduce employee turnovers.
