SOME PEOPLE THINK THAT BLOGGERS CAN DO THE JOB OF JOURNALISTS. DO YOU AGREE OR DISAGREE?

With the continuous spread of internet accessibility in all countries, there are also those people who choose to do online blogs about their everyday life. There are those who said that bloggers can do jobs the same as journalists. However, there are those who believe the opposite. In my opinion, I disagree with the notion. To start with, not all bloggers know what the job of a journalist do, or how they gather information to put up to their news. Journalists need to find and present information clearly on different types of media such as newspapers, radio, television, and even online. For example, Anderson Cooper, one of the most famous journalists in the USA, is a current anchor on CNN and also a best-selling author in America. He knows how to cover different kinds of news to present it properly to the audiences who watch the news. Moreover, bloggers are merely focusing on their personal opinion whenever they present different kinds of issues, which is purely for entertainment. Bloggers can be subjective on some aspects they are talking about. For instance, one of the famous bloggers in the USA is Perez Hilton, who always covers different news about celebrities in Hollywood. They do talk about news about famous personalities, however, they do not focus on issues in a certain country unlike that what a journalist does. In conclusion, bloggers can write their opinions on their own shows or websites, but it is clear that they cannot do what journalists can when it comes to presenting news. This is why I personally differ.
