Job is a piece of work, especially a specefic task done as a part of routine of one's occupation and for an agreed price. Some peole assert that no individual should indulge in the same job forever, whereas others consider that it is lucrative for individual, company and society. This essay intends to analyse both views. I, howbeit, side with the former view. There are multifarious reasons associated with the former view. To commence with, in the early phase of career individuals are more energetic and enthusiastic towards financial incentives so they kept on changing jobs so that to find the best job taht will meet their rudimentary needs. Apart from this, changing jobs provide people plethora of opportunities to figure out which sort of company culture suits them. What is more, when people are stick to jobs then they do not get chance to explore other kind of working environment and to have new experience. Eventually, changing jobs will also develop huge network of people that can be lucrative for individual. There are umpteenth factors associated with the latter view. To initiate with, when people do not change their and remained a permanent employee then this make employees and employers relationship even more trustworthy and stronger. To elaborate, employer beleive employees blindly for every thing. In spite of, switching jobs now and then can have adverse effect on not only physical but also mental health, this may also become the cause of depression. This will further disturb their life personally as well as professionally. Furthermore, sticking to jon permanently can also increases the chances of promotion inasmuch of employees productivity and dedication. At last, people will also get handful of experience by working in the same job. From my perspective, albeit being in temporary or permanent jobs have pros and cons, the choice of choosing either shoul be in the hand of individual.
