For many people, young people can gain more experience in the job market and also learn knowledge by working while studying. These experiences, in turn, can provide them with more responsibilities, in terms of money and time management. For instance, a high school student started working and received his first payment. Because of his understanding of his hard work, he would probably try to find out a better way to use his money, which gives him the responsibility of choosing. On the other hand, some claim that young people would achieve more if they only focus on their studies. The primary reason for this belief is the knowledge that can be gained by the focus on only one thing at a time. With that acquired academic skills, they might get a better job in the future. In this way, they would live a fully satisfied life. My own belief is that it is more beneficial for young people to work while studying, specifically when it pertains to time and money management. Choosing your priorities, and being able to afford your things are essential for personal growth. In addition, there may be those who can´t focus on two things at the same time, making them feel overwhelmed, which can harm motivation and satisfaction. In conclusion, although by the focus on only studying young people might get better jobs, my contention is that work while studying provides young people with even more valuable experiences which can increase their growth as human beings.
