It is argued that engaging in a volanteer service during the school time should be necessary. This essay agrees with the sugession because it gives a huge amount of soft skills and work experiences for the collegues since their childhood. Education is not a phenomena that depends on books; therefore, giving freedom to engage in unpaid works develops their ethics and emotions. According to that way, in a school, extra curricular works also must be conducted parallely for the academic pursuits. One of the best way of teaching soft skills such as teamwork, empathy and self-discipline for the student is creating a space to help youngesters, do charity works and give hand for differently able people without charging. After introducing those types of tasks, students will get aware about emotional and sensitive backgrounds automatically, and it is not a desk-based task which is conducted in an ordinary classroom. Moreover, many companies and other job providing fields are searching for particular applicants who are capable with society. Therefore, student should gather much -needed work experiences since their school time and involving in charity services is an ideal method for it. It set such type of a student apart from others and t the positive marks enabling to climb up career ladder. Further, gaining work ethics pave the way to a convenient and collaborative job experience. In conclusion, school children should be made to takepart in free charity and social works because it gives them a third level education which has fulled with plenty of practical lessons about their life skills.
