Some people believe that being a successful leader is a natural talent and other say that people could achieve it with learning.

Most of the people claim that being a success leader is natural gift that a humans born with them, while others belive that every skill is achieveable with the consisting, triying and proper learning. I truly agreed the latter's group opinion. It is undeniable fact, that everyone born with some natural talent that some people believed. To illustrate that, Great-Cyrous who was king of the Persia, many years ago and probably had not educational and academic knowldege of leadershipment in that era, nevertheless, he was one of the most influential leaders in the world, during the whole history. On the other hand, some people believe that every skill in the life is achieveable when individuals wants with their heart and have enough practice. They mentioned to some people for instance: owner of the Apple and Nike companies, who wan not a natural leader but after takeing some courses in universities and get experiences in their job become a success leader in the word. In fact, if individuals have not a natural talent, but with trying and making an appointment would be achieved to their goals. In my opinion, despite of the fact that, individuals have their own talents that they borned with them which are stronger and more obvious for themselves, humans could learned anything that he or she wants and be a pro in that specific section. In conslusion, however, people have had borned with their talent that they are brilliant into some specific of them. But, it is consider that achieveing to appex of success is available with the consisting and trying on the subjects.
