Some people argue that formal education should start for children as early as possible, while other think that it should not start until 7 years of age. Give reasons to your answers and include any relevant examples from your own experience or knowledge. 6jba8
In this modern era, education plays an important role and is indispensable for everyone. I totally argue with the given statement that children should not start their formal education until the age of 6 or 7. This essay will explain both the arguments in the following paragraphs. To begin with, every child should have access to education because first of all it is their basic human right and second of all is that it is essential. Still in today’s date there are many countries where children and specifically girls don't have the right to study. For instance, in India there are girls who get to go to primary school but as soon as they complete 18 years they are forced to get married. Furthermore, as far as the age at which the children should start their schooling is concerned, parents should send their children to preschool at the age of 3 because if they attend preschool they will learn basic things they need to know before they start the schooling. Which will help their little one attend better their school and classes, also it will help them communicate with their classmates and make good friends. In Finland, for example, it isn't uncommon for kids to begin formal schooling at age 8. Much of their childhood is spent either at home or in a form of pre-kindergarten, where the biggest emphases are on playtime and social skills. Traditional subjects don't enter the picture until later. On the other hand, children should start their schooling after the age of 6. The reason behind that is that at this age the children start understanding things better and learn better. Before that age it is not good because they don’t have any self control which is very important in school when they are being around with other children. As mentioned in previous paragraph, in some countries kids don’t start school until the age of 7 or 8. And those are the top-performing countries in the educational aspects. In conclusion, I strongly believe that kids shouldn’t start school until the age of 7. Since. Until that age the kids' brains aren’t developed enough to understand and learn difficult things.
