responsibility of rich nations for global environmental problems

It is believed by a plethora of civilians that rich nations are responsible of handling Global environmental problems not the poorer nations. I do not agree with this view as they both are equally responsible by contributing their part. Lack of funds and treasury is the issue of poorer nations in taking responsibilities of this crown. While, rich nations have sufficient enough of the resources such as technology and also funding. Budget in handling this problem may not need to be allocated equally but efforts have to be granted enough by both. Nations in poverty may not have efficient funds but can be stronger in implementing policies efficiently which are passed. However, it is considered by the society today that nations which are rich in wealth and technology are merely responsible for handling this issue; Because, they are emitting enormous green house gases and causing pollution to nature which has progressively led to be global environmental issue. The eyes should be opened up and to be awakened of wealthy nations in realizing this contrast phenomenon. Only they can lead this at a massive rate of efficiency and with suitable initiatives, Therefore Poor countries follows the regulated path and will not commit the same mistake as they already knew the results by the lessons of stupid decisions taken by some wealthy countries. To conclude, it is considered to bring change and solve the aforesaid case by the collective efforts of all nations around the globe by sticking on to the regulated commands and regulations that they have amended to protect nature.
