This essay explores reasons for stress at the office and plausible solutions; those employers can take to resolve their employee's problems. Several reasons cause stress at the workplace. To begin with, office politics and workload often produce stress among employees. For example, if one employee feels sidelined, It will not be easy to work in such a situation. Furthermore, employees may feel stressed due to work culture or wages. To explain, sometimes employees think they deserve more wages according to their abilities or particular work culture hinder the growth that spread insecurity and stress among them. Apart from this, lack of appreciation of employee's hard work and effort also leads to stress among workers. However, employers take various steps to alleviate the stress of employees. Firstly, the focus should be made to develop friendly work culture where each employee can perform their best. To illustrate, each employee cooperates with others irrespective of position, this will enhance the confidence of junior employees, and in a friendly environment, stress cannot sustain. In addition, employers should provide the basic facilities and amenities to their employees, this will reduce the tendency to complain towards the organization, also workers perform their job stress-free and with more energy. Lastly, the reward should be given to employees, according to their performance to appreciate their effort.
