PROFESSİONAL ARMY NEEDED ?

Many contries have a professional armies yet some countries such as Turkey still have a compulsory military service. İt is claimed that cms is beneficial for a country due to it teaches its citizens how to fight in a war. However many people argue that cms should be abolished and Turkey should transition into a professional army. Professional army is more effective and cms is a barrier for young people's carriers. First of all professional army is a lot more effective than cms. İt is not possible to train people like professional soldier in a short period of time. What is more many people forget what they learn after the end of the their cms. Professinal soldiers are expert in their jobs. They train for their jobs every single day. They know of armed wehicles effectively. Therefore, a professional army is a lot of more efficent than a cms. Secondly Turkey should transition into a professionsl army owing to the fact that cms is a huge burden for many young people's lives. Many university graduates have difficulty in finding a job if they have not completed their military service. They can not start their careers unless they complete their cms. However when they join the army They might lose some skills because they will not be able to their jobs or practice their skills in the army. Therefore, cms should be abolished so that young people can work in their fields of expertise and contribute to Turkey. On the other hand, Supporters of cms argue that it is important for man to learn how to use guns. This is a very narrow approach. Men can learn how to use a gun without joining the army. What is more people tend to forget what they learn during their cms unless they practice it. Therefore, it is clear that cms is not needed. To Conclude, whether Turkey should transition a professional army is a controversial issue. Although there are theese support cms, it seems that a professional army might be the better choice. Owing to it is more efficent and it does not waste time of young perople. Therefore, Turkey should establish a professional army.
