On the opposite, sleep-depriving can cause some serious diseases and traumas. it is not difficult to notice that people who lack sleep usually have worse task performance than an average individual. They work slower than the others and even sleep while working. for example, in 2013 a newspaper responds that a man lost a limb in a factory accident, after doing a full check, the doctor conclude that he has insomnia and he slept while working, causing him to be disabled. Sleeplessness also affects the relationship. Professionals confirmed that people who don't sleep enough have a higher chance to be enraged by little problems and sometimes even going insane. With that being said, they will pull their furious on their relationship and make it break.
When people sense or know that they have insomnia, they will go to see a therapist because something in their daily life has caused them to not be able to sleep and therapy is one of the cures they need.
