In modern era, large population of women are coming out of their house and working in various sectors giving an incredible performance. However, number of women having tech jobs are still less. To add on, healthy policies should be made and adapted in companies like flexible working hours for women, giving option to work from a different location etc. Lastly, government should make it mandatory and give a percentage to companies to include women and assure equality and widen opportunities for them.
