Nowadays education quality is very low. Some people think we should encourage our students to evaluate and criticize their teachers.Others believe that it will result in a loss of respect and discipline in the classroom. Discuss both sides and give your opinion

Education quality has been reducing in few decades, there are several reasons behind it. In this case, some people believe that students should be allowed to access their teachers, whereas others assert that it can be broken discipline in the classroom and teachers will be given least respect by pupils. This essay will elaborate both statements and I am personally in favour of the former view. To begin with, now education quality is low because some tutors are not qualityful. As a result, some individuals believe students should evaluate their teachers. I think it shouldn’t, because as students everyone should be polite about their teachers and pupils doesn’t have enough quality to judge their teachers. However, if tutors are evaluated by some senior citizens that can be better option such as retired teachers and educated politicians. As a result, there are highly chance to improve their skills and quality. On the other hand, of teachers are assessed by pupils then respect and discipline can be destroyed. First of all, students are not adult and they don't have enough knowledge compared to their tutors. Therefore, there is no chance to evaluate with properly. However, if they will get chance assess to criticise their teachers then there will be no differences between teachers and pupils and teachers will lose their respect. In conclusion, I believe teachers are very respectful person in our society so they should be judged by senior individuals. Moreover, as a human beings everyone can make mistakes during their workplace so if teachers are trained in each year that would be better.
