The given bar chart compares the amount of flats that were given permission for building in four different cities which are situated in Australia they are Sydney, Melbourine, Brisbane and Perth from 2012 to 2016. Sydney had too many spaces for constructing new apartments and number of them increased sharply year by year. In 2012, it's amount illustrated 15, 000, while there were the highest point in Melbourne compared to more approximately by 2, 000. Although the numbers were changible, it means that the buildings in Sydney would be trend about 30, 000 and just over 31, 000 in the last two years 2015 and 2016. However the secon trend flats had in Melbourne and it was lower by approximately 6, 000 in 2015, 9, 000 in 2016 years. Brisbane and Perth rose sligtly and both diminished the latest year. In 2012, approved apartments had the lowes point under 3, 000 in Perth, another city demonstrated just 8, 000. And almost 6, 000 cunstructions were stayed the same level in Perth in two years 2014, 2015, compared with Brisbane it was lower by 7, 000 in 2014, 11, 000 in 2015. After a year their numbers slightly slowed down to 18, 000 Brisbane and 5, 000 Perth. Overall, In Australia had the top four cities which had new buildings that were given for constructing were the trend in Sydney, and the second one was Melbourne. Perth and Brisbane had less demand for this types of buildings.
