In our college when there was a college campus placement there was a company who was promising that to give all the students job with securities will never be forgot and have nothing to worry. After completing the induction students understood that it is an insurance seller company who is going to make us agents who will sell policies to public, I was interested and excited about my first interview which is going to held. Afterwards, interviewers got into a room and started to calling all students to interview they were saying that it is an easy interview anyone can easily cleared but when my interview got over sir told me that you are not eligible you have to work hard and at that time I got so depressed that my mind was not working, my parents didn’t understood what happened to me. At that time, I thought a lot about it and understand that it is not the time to think about it is the time to do about it and started working about it and told myself that I will be changed. That is how come I got over my fear.
