Dear supervisor, There are lots of complains around the reception area. This unit is our first contact with customers. We need to impress our guests by providing a delightful stunning decoration in first sight. The issues around reception area are old decoration, lackluster, dirty flat and delay in services. In my opinion, as we are a company which plans for flower garden tour, we need new comfortable furniture for waiting area and some fresh flowers to emanate good fragrance and invoke feeling of being in the garden. We also need to add more lumen on the area specially on the posters which provided on the wall to make them shiny and more adorable. We also need a tile cleaning machine to rub the dust and mug on the days with heavy precipitation. We also need to recruit more staffs to speed up the service providing on customers. PS: As the compliments are rising, we need to urge the mentioned issues first. Thank you Armin Amiri Darban
