Dear Sir, I am one of the people who is living actively in this town. I am writing to complain about my neighbour who is a singer and always sings loudly at midnights.
First of all, our President assigned 200 million sums to our town. This condition really made me happy. It helps to develop our town. As for the goal, a month ago one man moved to one floor below our accomodation. I was very glad to have a new neighbour. I thought we would have good attitude. However, he has bad habits that disturb everyone. He always sings his songs very loudly whole nights. So that I and other members of my family can't sleep or even have a rest. I tried a lot to explain him how he is how he is bothering other inhabitants, but he could not comprehend. I am tired of being humiliated by other people. I hope you you will solve this issue immediately.
