now day adventure activities are becoming more popular. many people enjoy doing dangerous activities like mountain climbing and bungee jamping. This essay will discuss some reasons why people like to do this activities activities and why it is good trend. The first reason is that people who are adventurous take a part these activities as their hobby. They are good in exploring new things to challenge themselves and explore the human abilities like doing mountain the activity and climbing. for example, people travel to mountain landscape not only to enjoy the view but also to join in the activities such as bungee jamming to explore new things.
the second reason is that people feel happy by doing these activities. exercising outdoors isn't just for your Physical health but also for your mental health. morever spending time in nature can improve your mood and reduce stress and depression. people think that engaging in the physical activities make people to be happy and relax especially those who escape from working pressure. for instance, last summer my brother went to Turkish with his friend and they tried to do these activities and they said the negative poeer eent out.
To sum up, people like to do adventurous activities to escape from their work and to enjoy on their times. I believe it is a good trend.
