Dear Sir, I am writing regarding the ruling I recently read about President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has signed on get a place at matriculation and I would like to know more about this decision.
Overall, this experience is very justifiable in contemporary world and already has established in other countries. According to president's adjudication that in this academic year there are no exams to enter master's degree and just also should have an evidential certificate to know foreign language and your bachelor qualification. Although I am pleased that we have an effectual rulings to improve education, there is a question to identify here.
Is the ruling above valid all of master's degree in Uzbekistan, especially, Academy of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan?
I would appreciate your reply with a confirmation as I have requested.
