Nowadays, the community tends to repeat their mistakes even after they have been disciplined. This matter leads to destruction of new generations. Also, this issue may comprise several reasons. In this essay, I'll generally outline the causes of re-breaking law and their solutions. Offenders do not shame to redo their wrong things after releasing from prison. First reason is that society do not accepted these criminals as an innocent person. For instance, it is hard to find a new job for wrongdoers after their freedom. Secondly, their family may also refuse to them. Because of unemployment, homeless, and loneliness they perceive themselves as a needless person in the world, and this will increase the obstacles to start a new life. That's why lawbreakers do not change their inaccurate behavior. On the other hand, these problems will be solved if the government gives a new opportunity for them. For example, in Kazakhstan the state administrations have provided criminals with workplaces later deliverance. Moreover, other community should not only change their mind about offenders but also it's essential to communicate with them. In this case, it will assist to help criminals to live with society and restart their regeneration without illegality. To conclude, there are certain reasons why culprits favor to break the law again and again. However, they may do not replicate the same inaccurate things if the public give them a second possibility.
