Many animal species are becoming extinct due to human activities on land and in sea. What are the reasons for this and what can be done to solve this issue?

Many people reckon that human activities give rise to some animal species becoming extinct. Although there will undoubtedly be some reasons for this trend and solutions can be taken to mitigate these potential problems. There are numerous problems related to this trend. Regarding terrestrial, the first issue is deforestation. In fact, some people cut down the forest to cultivate plants, resulting in a lack of animals' habitats and also contributing to the extinction of some animals. The second reason is that some people regularly hunt some animals at a higher risk of extinction. Therefore it leads to more and more animals becoming extinct. In terms of some animals under the sea, the main reason attributed extinction is that humans throw garbage into the sea. For example, in Thailand, a turle has eaten over 300 pieces of trash, it seems to be an alarm about ocean pollution, which can kill many marine animals. However, there are several actions that could be taken to solve the problems mentioned above. Firstly, one of the most effective solutions to tackle this problem would be for the government to raise citizens' awareness about protecting the environment, especially forest and ocean. Besides that the government not only proposed some policies about protectection animals but also have some strict punishments about huting wild animals and habitat destruction of animals. Secondly, companies should install proper waste treatment systems to limit dumping waste to the environment. Additionally, each individual should be responsible for protecting animals. In conclusion, there are various factors leading to extinction of animals and measures can be implemented to tackle this issue.
