I am writing this letter to report to you my lost bag from your airline. So this happened last week, I was on a flight to London and when I got off the plane in terminal three I left my bag and I didn't remember that I left it until I got to my hotel. I was seated in F12. I'm so sorry for my carelessness and clumsiness. Let me describe the bag that I'm talking about. It was a black triangular shoulder bag in its medium size and a luxury bag Burberry. It contains my valuable things like my passport, some documents that I needed for work and my make-up kit. Moreover, If happens that my bag was in the lost and found section can you contact me on my telephone number 825-5236. I would gladly go to the airport right away to get it. Or I can file a report in your good office if it is necessary. Sorry for the inconvenience, I know it was my fault. Thank you for your kind consideration.
