To provide safety for their families, people assume that the income provided by a job is the main reason to choose one. Salary can be an important factor that can affect other aspects of life in a positive and negative way, we would discuss some of them in this essay. To begin with, a high salary equals a wealthy life. This could give the person and his family the welfare they could need to pursue their dreams. For example, travelling and exploring exotic lands. Whereas when money is a problem, it could lead to some restrictions and travelling will be beyond their means. However, If salary is the only reason for their profession, it can lead to stress and ungratefulness. There have been studies about how unhappiness can affect someone's role inside a company, the reports show a decline in effectiveness when it comes to teamwork which can lead to stress and insecurity for the employee. To conclude, if we talk about a conventional family, child expenses are getting higher with time. Actually, there is a decrease in married couples having kids. Hence, if parents decide to have one, they might choose a job in terms of the protection it ought to provide. From my point of view, a person's decision for choosing a job is related to the security it could provide to their family. Such as having an affluent life or a secure path for their kids. Nonetheless, it should not be the only reason because it can create unhappiness in the long term in this person’s life.
