In some culture believe that their children should work hard. Tell advantage and disadvantage Nowadays, many people believe their children should work hard to attain successness and can be more compatible for jobs. There is advantage and disadvantage about culture like that. This essay will explain two side of activities which impose children to do their best. First of all, it has abundant disadvantage when parents or societies force children to be perfect in every aspect of their life. Due to this pressure ample of them just try hard and hard. If they can not receive to their goals, it has harmed to their mental health. For example, when parents encourage their children to study hard due to join a perfect university the children tolerate significant stress and maybe they failed in entrance exam of universities. This situation change they ideas about life and their personality or skilled has been hurt by that. In the other hand, maybe they become successful person and attain everything their parents want, but affects of this pressure appear in their individual time or personal lives. However, a huge number of people are not certain about impacts of this kind of stricken, in many culture, humans think this is the best way to encourage and motivated youth. For instance, In developing countries like Iran or chine, the facilities or opportunities for jobs are diminished, hence the competitive between young generation for give them is really hard. Furthermore, this way of treatment help adolescent to be ready for their real life and what is upcoming next. So both of these ideas are advantage of hard work for young people. In conclusion, acting like that with infant has advantage and drawback. I think maybe there was apparently hard situation for children and make situation tough for them in this way, but they will be ready for life. As a result it is more useful than harmful for them.
