In some Countries, a few people earn extremely high salaries.some people think that is good for the country,while other believe that the government should control salaries and limit the amount people can earn. Discuss both view and give your opinion

Salaries are the payment that a person receives for his services which is provided to him by his employer. Usually in number of countries a minor number of people receive large sum of salaries than majority & people While some believe high salaries are good & beneficial for the economy. While others are & the view government should restrict and impose limitation on the amount & salary a person should earn. I am going to discuss the pros and cons of both school of thoughts and provide my insight on the issue. Firstly, high salaries create an attraction for many candidates and create a competitive spirit among all the others and ensure that merit should be selected. Futhermore it can make an elite work force that ceates industries and profit the company and the economy in terms of taxes, It also increases the comsumption of an individual meaning it increases the spending which directly or indirectly effect the economy, for example when a person's Salary increases his lifestyle also takes an upward shift, he spends more and that results in more inflow of cash in economy. However high salaries too creates a unjust distribution wealth in the society. It make the rich more richer and Poor more poorer. In contrast, some Individual are of the View that government should monitor them and put a limitation on salaries of people. It Originates from the Idea that distribution of mone should be just and flow smoothly through System. Many individual are of the view that no job is so important that should be paid so much money to. Many, workers have protested that their workload are more dangerous and demand more physical and mental labour than that of the Blue collar job, that earn form the blood and sweat of these individuals. While top executive earn handsome salaries, these individual earn peanuts for their manual labor, furthermore, they demand the government To limit the salaries of these people so that these workers salaries may inrease too. However there is a downside to this, if salaries are limited then many big brain willl leave the countries and go to greener pasture, that may result in brain drain in an economy. I believe that both sides possess strong and both are essential for the progress of the country, But i think the government should limit the amount people can earn in term of salaries, because it can Control the flow & income in the society, futhermore, it will control the expenditure and output of industries, in term & less salary and more on investment in plant and machinery or other Labour that would increase supply and furthermore lower the cost. In conclusion, high paying Salaries have major benefit but putting limation on salaries can benefit an economy in long run.
