It's me, Sergei, hello, my dear! I hope that you are fine. I'm writing this letter to you in order to give you my honest apologizes. Unfortunately, I have a major changes in my plans for the friday, which makes me unable to meet you on the train station in the morning.
There are unforseen circumstances which I have on my job. Therefore, I need to be on my work in that particular day. I will be at home after 6 PM, I guess. What can I recommend to you? Well, you can walk around the city during the day. I suppose there will be nobody at the museums and exhibitions at that particular time.
