In present water supply system the pure water is stored in dams and supplied to a city for numerous application like factories, shops and household purpose. The waste water is collected from the city as well as from dams for purification. Whereas, the storm water is directed to river directly.
In future water supply system the pure water from dams is supplied to city and also the waste water is filtered, purified and is directed back to the city. The storm water is also treated and supplied back to the city without simply directing it to the river like in the present water system.
