My first public speaking experience is during my high school days when our subject teacher give us a task of reporting. It was shy and nervous to speak in front of my classmates. I want to speak but sounds failed to come out. I failed to make a better eye contact with my classmates who are not paying attention. Suddenly, I swallowed down the saliva, greeted everyone and after hearing my own voice, I got a courage to speak with confidence and my classmates started to sit properly and attentively pay attention to me. When it's finally over, sitting behind me is my teacher saying that good reporting. I feel great about hearing that. I immediately go back in my seat with cheeks flaming red. For as long as I can remember, public speaking has always been one of my greatest weakness. Whether its an simple class presentation.
