Dear Mas, Greetings for the season! I wish to bring to your notice that the unaccepted delay in supplying my order for some medicines for a needy person. I ordered few important medicines trough your company on urgent basis for a person in an elderly house and now being admitted to the hospital. As per the specialized Dr. Sam, these drugs to be given to the patient as soon as possible. As I thoroughly involved in charity activities, agreed to get the required medicine on behalf of the needy person under express courier. Accordingly, I was able to place my requirement and confirm the order on the last 10th of October 2022. Your officer in charge of drugs import has agreed with me to get the stuff very soon and charges extra money to arrange the shipment on urgent basis. Due to urgency, I agreed to bear the additional cost that he invoiced. I'm really disappointed to see the delay from your end to meet the required delivery date since the patient is in critical condition. The Charity organization is now pointing out to me saying that I'm responsible for the patient's condition as I was not able to keep my promise. I would like to get your special attention here to rectify the issue and get the medicines at least by tommorow.
