Dear Sir
I am writing to complain about your four-bedroom which you rent them for me.
First of all, in your all bedroom you mentioned that all the rooms had fridges. The problem was that the fridge was not working, so we could not drink cold water and it was too hot. Moreover, the four-bedroom claimed that there was a tv with Tv channels, but only two local channels were available and unfortunately were not in English.
In addition, the four-bedroom mentioned that the library was some metres from there, but here was not suitable for reading books, because there was no library here. Last but not least, the four-bedroom claimed that the library was only some minutes from there, but you did not mention that it was some minutes away from by car.
We think it is clear that your four -bedroom was misleading. As a result, we would like to another four-bedroom because these was the worst room that we had ever seen.
