Although some are of the notion that interview is not appropriate method for choosing of employees in companies and organizations, I think in a reverse manner and agree with this statement to a larger extent. My inclination is elaborated in the ensuing paragraphs with explanations.
The foremost argument to prove my point is that, interview does not fullfill various criterias for recruitment. At present, education qualification with different skills are needed for better performance during work; such as well communication skill and social skill play an essential role for every employees in companies. Apart from this, organizations should determine the level of intellegent during the selection of workers. For instance, several group discussions and different opinions of group members are helpful for appropriate selection.
Besides this, organizations could arrange step by step recruitment method. By this I mean that, employers select employees on the basis of physical fitness, ability towards the work and their performance. For example, in the recent days pilots are selected on the basis of their academic performance, ability of handling the plane in dangerous situations.
However, I would not overlook the other side too. To begin with, interview method cover basic requirement such as ligustic ability and their academic perfprmance among the graduation sector. Which also play a crucial role for selection of jobers.
Thus, to conclude, the discussion although questionary method help to analyze the education level, I believe that team work, different level of suggestions and appropriate requirement for suitable jobs are the key of success for every organizations.
