The trash cans in the park are always overflowing. Trash spills on the grass and sidewalks around the cans. On windy days, it gets blown all around the parn, and this makes the problem even worse.
This creates an unsafe, unclean, and unpleasant situation. For one thing, it attracts rats, which carry disease. In addition, things like leftover soda and melted ice crea spill all over the sidewalks, making them very dirty. It is not nice to walk through a park, covered with dirty trash.
This is a serious problem, but I think it can be solved by having trash trucks pick up the trash daily. There is a lot of trash in the park, so I think it is enough to justify daily pick up. If the trash cans are emptied daily, then the park will look nicer. A prettier park will encourage people to use the trash cans instead of throwing their trash on the ground.
