According to this gragh the rate of homeownership among people aged 25_34 has decreasing trend from 2004 to 2014. Instead at the same time the percent of renters has growing up. Homeownership was higher than 50 percent until 2009 and this number has the highest percentage in 2004 during this 10 years. The people who own houses has a downward trend and substantially during last five years and this bar also accessed to less than 50 percent. The blue bar got to minimum in 2014, it seems approximately 35 percent. On the other hand, the renters increased gradually. The green bar that shows renting people was at minimum in 2004.
