Staff must wear uniforms in many companies and organisation. This essay will discuss kind of jobs that require uniforms and there some disadvantage to daily wear a uniform to work. To begin with, there are several jobs in which it is mandatory to wear specific costume for safety purpose and develop discipline. To elaborate this, some jobs such as researchers lab technician and industrial worker who always work with chemical, so they have to wear coustume like apron, safety glass, gloves, mask and safety shoes which are protecting them from the hazardous chemical. Moreover, other work like air force, , police and army, they are wearing uniform to maintain discipline and their identity and also it represents our nation. For instance, in covid period doctors were warning PPE kit during check their patient, which are safe for both doctors as well as patient. There are a few disadvantages like individual face allergy of clothe material and some times they feel board. In other words, some cloth material such as rayon, nylon and polyester, which are not suite to some individual skin and it is creat irrigation and allergy. Furthermore, workers are boared sometime to daily wear uniform, they want to wear new clothes daily according to their choice and feel free. According to survey of "Times of India " 80% of employee who face some allergic problem to wear daily uniforms. To conclude, some jobs like researchers, lab technician, industrial worker, air force and army are necessary to wear uniform for safety and maintain discipline, whereas, some disadvantages such as creat allergic reaction and feel boared.
