How are things going? I got to know that you are thinking of buying a house in my neighborhood. I am writing to you to rethink the decision.
These days, I am hearing a number of crime cases like kidnapping, robbing, road accidents in this area and it has been increasing only since pandemic. Two days back, my neighbor's child didn't return from school and the next night they got a phone call from the kidnapper demanding ransom.
Fearful of all this, I am intending to leave this area as soon as Richa's 10th board exams are done. I would also suggest you, not go ahead with your purchase and instead look for flats in Panvel or Vashi. From my research, these areas are much safer and house prices are likely to skyrocket in upcoming years making it an excellent investment. There are also good schools and engineering colleges located within 10 km so, which makes it perfect for your daughter’s higher studies.
