Cam 8 test 4 task 2: Nowadays, many people choose to be self-employed, than to work for a company or organization. Why might this be the case? What could be the disadvantages of being self-employed?

In the contemporary world, job opportunities are decreasing through the years, and numerous individuals decide to run their businesses instead of being an employee for a company or organization. In my own opinion, this viewpoint may include many adverse effects, bringing both enterprises and the postgraduates some drawbacks. Needless to say, a significant number of youngsters nowadays would like to build up a start-up rather than be an employee for a particular company, and the primary cause for this is the income. In fact, the salary they get from a company or organization is not enough. To illustrate, the payment of a postgraduate in Vietnam is just $200 per month for a newbie, which is not enough to meet their daily demands. As a result, many graduates chose to go in with their friends to build their own organizations. Moreover, many people can't put up with the awful atmosphere in the company. In other words, numerous adults don't have the ability to be patient with the egotistical behavior of their bosses and colleagues anymore. This leads to their decision to give up the job at that office and begin being self-employed. The apparent drawback of running a business independently is that they have to handle several works on their own. For instance, if the computer system in their company has any issues, they have to find the solution to fix it themselves without the support of any IT employees like big groups. In addition, the owners of individual organizations must be responsible for all business debts, which are an irreplaceable part of the company's investment. On top of that, folk have to be wise to split the profits for numerous categories like employees' salaries, business debts, and so on; otherwise, their business will be in the red and even break the bank. In conclusion, there are tremendous reasons why numerous citizens prefer to be the owners of their organization rather than being employees for other companies, and this tendency may bring the start-uppers several disadvantages. Given this problem, I strongly think that postgraduates should consider the decision to build up their businesses as well as the issues they may have when being a start-upper.
