In recent years, the popularity of libraries has been elevating, as a public libraries provide a great deal of knowledgeable books, whereas it is often argued that local libraries should also provide digital media. I partially agree with the notion and will discuss it briefly in upcoming paragraphs. To begin with, innovative ways of high-tech media must be involved in libraries for numerous reasons. First and foremost, the Internet can provide accurate knowledge on topics with up-to-date version of e-books including audio-visual aids, getting adequate information about everything you want such as current affairs, technology and health. Besides this, nowadays individuals have a hectic schedule and they cannot invest their valuable time in reading. So, advanced technology helps them in providing summarized information on required content. To illustrate it, if a medical student wants any information about anatomy of human body parts, he or she gets video lectures on YouTube, which helps to save time and gain required knowledge. On the other hand, vast college of books provided by local libraries can help to folks to enhance their knowledge at adequate level. Moreover, books are only principal for improving reading skills. In others words, public libraries provide a peaceful environment by which a person can concentrate on reading. Apart from it, the city libraries provide services for free, as the masses who are financially weak can also avail all the facilities. Such as, libraries provide entry cards, thereby, one can get in the library and can get books for house study as well. In conclusion, books available in libraries are better sources to get a hold on reading, whereas involvement in advanced technology can add extra ways to gain more information.
