I am writing to you to outline an area I feel that hospital services could improve, Please allow me to explain.
Yesterday morning I visited to hospital due to emergency health issue of my son, He was having severe stomach pain. In reception I had explain condition of child and requested for quick service but due to shortage of staff in reception literally waited for 4 hours. Child was extremely not well due severe abdominal pain. Finally, consultation provided after 4 hours which is not fair.
I would request you to arrange emergency consultation service for such issues as patient cannot wait as normal patients. This would help for other patients as well.
I hope you will consider my suggestion and make necessary changes.
