Dear Mr. Adams,
My name is Abeer Gilani. I was holding a return ticket of your airlines from UAE to USA via Germany. The service that I got on my departure trip was amazing however, my return was full of hick-ups and I was left completely disgruntled. I was not allowed to board on connecting flight in Germany due to the mistake made by your employees.
Let me explain the issue in more detail, as soon as I arrived at Berlin's Airport your staff guided me to wrong gate. Once I reached the the advised location by your team, I found out that even though the destiantion of the flight was correct i. e. Dubai, but the carrier was a different airlines. I contacted your support staff again but the flight had already left by that time since the connecting time was only 30 minutes. I had to stay at the airport for an additional 24 hours.
Although mistake was done at your end, your team refused to provide any hotel stay or pay for the food. With limited amount of financial resources available to me, I unable to meet accommdation and food demands properly.
Based on such poor service, I have decided not to fly on your airlines again.
