I am writing to you in order to complain about a car I rented from your company recently. Upon collecting it from the city branch, I discovered clouds of smoke coming from the exhaust pipe. I repeatedly told your representative that a dependable vehicle is necessary considering I will be on a long journey, and he assured me that any mechanical problem would happen. However, the car broke down just the day after I picked it up, leaving me 200 kilometers from the nearest downtown, which made me compell to wait for the car assistance for approxmate 5 hours. What is worse is that the air conditioning did not work because the car could not be started, which indicates I have to bear the steamy hot weather in summer. This unexpected experience makes me credibly anxious. I am convinced that I am entitled to request a full refund. I look forward to your favorable reply.
