Dear John,
I am a resident at Revenue Parks Building, Apartment 109, writing this letter to inform you that the storm which occurred last day had damaged all the windows and walls and it needs to be fixed urgently.
The heavy storm affected the entire building but most damages were on the west side of the apartment. All the window glasses are broken and the staircases to the balcony are also damaged. Additionally, because of the continuous rains, water has started leaking through the roofs and the walls have cracks in them. It is very difficult for us to live in such an environment, especially the children and the elderly.
I kindly request you to contact the maintenance person and make the required arrangements for getting the materials. Moreover, the walls need to be sealed and repainted. I would appreciate your immediate attention in this matter.
