Dear Mr Smith,
Hope you and your family doing well! I am writing this letter to inform you that I had to leave the town this morning. Yesterday, I received an invitation regarding an interview from the company I dreamed of. It must take three to four days out from the apartment as I have more to do there.
The letter says about the face to face conversation on their premises. A company located in the Gujrat state in regards to it will take 8-10 hours from my place. The interview has planned for tomorrow morning.
In particular, I am looking for a favour from you to check the locks of all door and the electric switches, because I was in hurry and may forget to close all boards. There must be some cooked food on the kitchen shelf, try to put that into the refrigerator.
In the case of an emergency, you have my close contacts. You can make a call or text at any time. I am hoping for your cooperation for few days.
