For relaxation, I do a lot of things. Some of my stress busters are meditation, yoga, listening to music, gardening, talking with my friends, and admiring nature.
Maybe, people prefer to do exercise to relax and it helps them stay calm and composed. Also, it is an acknowledged fact that sport is one of the ways of relaxing.
I think traveling can be a good time to relax because traveling gives people fresh energy and motivation to live better.
